At IOSPL, Mr. Singh plays significant role in managing and leading the legal and secretarial department of the company, compliances with the applicable corporate laws, handling the legal due diligences exercise and internal audit . He provides expert advisory to the various department of the Company, from legal stand-point.

Mr. Singh is a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a law graduate.
